Write your own sections on a listing
Your listing can carry your own headings now — what's included, where it's been, the quirks worth knowing. Add as many as you like and put them in the order you want. Bold, italics, bullet lists and links are a button away, and choosing "spec table" gives you a row per answer — the year, the tank sizes, the tow weight, whatever people keep asking you — laid out as a proper table on your listing. Got a fleet that says the same things? Copy another camper's sections across and edit the details.

Say which of your two lists a feature belongs in
Your listing shows what the camper has under Features, and the gear you hand over under Provided on request. Now you choose which list each one sits in — so an outdoor shower that's plumbed into your camper sits with its features instead of reading like something guests have to ask for. Drag anything that's in the wrong list across to the other one. Long descriptions keep their paragraphs and line breaks now too.

Add Easy Vibe Outdoors to ChatGPT in one tap
Ask ChatGPT what's going out this week, whether a camper is free those dates, or what a trip would cost — answered from your own live bookings rather than guessed. Find Easy Vibe Outdoors in ChatGPT's plugin directory and add it: there's no address to paste and nothing to switch on. It only ever reads, so nothing there can change, cancel or create a booking.

Put your own color and logo on your booking pages
Your listing, your quotes, checkout and the booking widget on your own site can all carry your color and your logo instead of ours. Pick one of the ready-made colors or set your own — we work out the rest of the shades around it and keep the writing on your buttons easy to read. Your guests' emails pick it up too, and your dashboard here stays as it is.

Quote a delivery, with your extras, and set how long it stays payable
A quote can now include delivery and your extras. Pick one of your named spots and it prices itself, or type your own number for somewhere the mileage doesn't cover; tick the generator or the firewood and the guest sees each one priced out for their nights. When they accept, the booking knows where to take it. If you'd rather just send a payment link, you now choose how long it's good for, anywhere from a day to a month, and those nights stay held for that guest until it runs out. Both start on the Booking Tracker — the Send a quote button, or + New booking.

Run a "stay three nights, get the fourth free" deal
A discount code can now give a free night instead of a percentage, so a longer booking still only gets the one night off. You set how many nights a stay has to be, and the dates people have to travel — finished by November 30, say. That's separate from when the code expires, so nobody books on the last day for a trip in the spring. Leave out the weekends you're already full, like Thanksgiving or Labor Day, and point a code at one camper if that's the only one you're trying to fill.

Try your own booking page without taking a booking
There's a Try your booking page button on your Campers page now. It opens a copy of your own site where you can book a trip from start to finish — your real campers, your real prices — without charging anything or creating a booking. At the end you can have the confirmation email sent to yourself, so you can see exactly what a guest gets when they book. Nothing you do there touches your calendar, your bookings or your numbers.

Answer a guest's question without opening the dashboard
Connect your account to Claude or ChatGPT and just ask — what's going out this week, whether a camper is free those dates, what the trip would come to with tax. Answers come from your own live bookings, so you can give someone a real price while they're still on the phone. It can only read: nothing there can change or cancel a booking, and it's never given your guests' contact details. You'll need a paid Claude plan or ChatGPT Pro; the address to paste in is under Settings.

See your whole week on one page
This week shows every trip going out, what the guest paid extra for so it's in the camper before they arrive, anyone who still hasn't signed, and any camper coming back and going straight out the same day. If you'd rather not go looking, have it emailed on whichever morning suits — Sunday for the week ahead, later in the week for the coming weekend. That part's off until you turn it on, and it only arrives on weeks you've actually got something on.

Turn a phone call into a booking they can pay themselves
Price an enquiry off your own rates and email it to the guest as a quote they can accept and pay in one tap — so the booking lands while you're back under the awning, not after three more texts. Hold the dates while they think about it and nobody else can take them, and they go back on sale by themselves the day after the quote runs out. Add a note, set how long it's good for, or put your own total on it if you agreed something different on the phone.

Hand out a discount as a link, not a code
Send a guest your discount link and the money is already off by the time they reach checkout — nothing for them to type, nothing to remember. Every code on your Discounts page has its own link now, with a Copy link button beside it. Good for a thank-you to last season's guests, or for bringing back someone who found you on a listing site.

Send guests back to your own website
Add your web address and every page of your booking site links back to it, so a guest who came from your own site — or from the booking widget on it — gets back with one tap instead of hunting for the back button. You'll find it under Settings → Listing name and website.

Calendar sync catches conflicts before a guest does
If the same nights get booked in two places, you get an email as soon as it happens — including when two marketplaces clash with each other. A calendar that stops updating also tells you after a day, and cancelled or cleared bookings no longer keep dates blocked.

Set your own price for a delivery destination
Name a spot you deliver to and give it a flat price, for the places where mileage doesn't reflect the trip. It works past your longest distance tier too, so spots you couldn't quote at all before are bookable now — leave the price blank and a spot keeps pricing off your tiers. And when someone wants a spot you haven't priced yet, they can ask you in one tap at checkout: you get their dates, the ZIP and roughly how far it is, and can turn it into a priced destination from there.

Rescheduling moves the balance date with it
If you take a deposit and collect the balance before pickup, moving a booking's dates now moves that collection date by the same amount. A trip pushed a month out has its balance taken 14 days before the new pickup, not the old one.

Take a deposit now and the balance before pickup
Charge a percentage at booking and let the rest collect automatically a set number of days before pickup. Both the guest and you get an email when the balance goes through, and a failed charge tells you in time to follow up. Every account stays on charge-in-full until you set a percentage.

Required fees, per-night extras, and editable add-ons
Charge a prep fee every renter pays, or price protection, a generator, or pets by the night. You can also edit or remove any add-on you've already set up.

Calendars from other platforms stay in sync
A calendar you import from Outdoorsy, RVshare or Airbnb is now re-read on a schedule instead of being copied in once, so a booking taken there blocks your dates here without you doing anything. Feeds those platforms don't expose still need blocking by hand, and the page says which ones.

Edit any clause, add your own, or paste in the contract you already use. Renters sign what you wrote, and every signature keeps the exact text it was signed against — editing the agreement never changes what a past renter agreed to.
