Pick some dates below and it will answer with live pricing and availability — it is a working booking page for a real demo camper. Which half you need depends on one question:

No booking commissions

You keep 100% of every rental. We charge one flat monthly fee — never a cut of your bookings.

Your contract, signed at checkout

Bring the rental agreement you already use — paste it in and renters e-sign it when they pay, with any clause you flag needing its own separate tick. No more Venmo requests and paper agreements in a Facebook message thread.

Your own booking page

A branded page at yourbusiness.easyvibeoutdoors.com — share it on Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, or wherever you already find renters.

What a marketplace commission actually costs you

Rent your camper 10 nights a month at $120/night — that's $1,200. A marketplace charging a typical 20–25% commission keeps $240–$300 of it. Every month. We charge a flat $19.

Keep your marketplace listings if they're working

Easy Vibe Outdoors isn't a marketplace and doesn't pretend to be. It won't put your camper in front of strangers browsing for a trip.

It handles the renters you already bring in yourself: repeat guests, referrals, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, word of mouth.

If Outdoorsy or RVshare still reaches people who'd never find you otherwise, keep using them. Use Easy Vibe Outdoors for the bookings you were always going to get anyway, and stop paying a commission on those.

I built this for my own camper

Easy Vibe Outdoors started as the booking page for my teardrop camper in White Lake, Michigan. That page still takes my real bookings, real payments, and real security deposits every weekend. When you sign up, you get the exact same setup I use.

Built by an owner, not a call center.

How it works

1

Create your account

Sign up in under a minute — no card needed. Your free trial starts right away; billing only comes up if you decide to keep going.

2

Set up your payouts

Tell us where to deposit your rental income and you're set — most owners finish in about two minutes.

Securely powered by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment processors. Your banking details stay protected — we never see or store them.

3

Start accepting bookings

Share your booking page, take online payments, and manage every rental from one dashboard.

What happens if a renter damages my camper?

You set the security deposit on each of your campers. The day before pickup, we put a hold on the card the renter paid with. A hold is an authorization, not a charge, so the money is spoken for without ever leaving their account, and it never passes through ours.

If the trip goes fine, the hold releases on its own three days after return and you never have to think about it. If it doesn't, you capture part or all of the deposit from the booking page and the rest goes straight back to the renter. Your pickup and return inspections, photos included, stay attached to that reservation next to the rental agreement they signed.

This isn't insurance, and a hold can be declined like any other card transaction. If that happens we email you, so you're never the last to know.
