Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and rental dates. When you sign the rental agreement, we record the name you typed, the time, and your IP address as part of the signature. Before pickup, you upload a photo of your driver's license.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers; we store only a Stripe reference so we can place the security-deposit hold and issue refunds. Stripe's handling of your data is described in Stripe's privacy policy.
Your driver's license photo
License photos are stored in private cloud storage, viewable only by the owner through expiring links, and are permanently deleted 30 days after your rental ends. Signed rental agreements are kept as contracts and are not deleted.
We send transactional email only — booking confirmations and pre-trip reminders. No marketing lists, no newsletters unless you explicitly ask for them someday.
Cookies
We set two cookies: a sign-in session for the owner's admin area and a security token that protects forms from forgery. There are no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Sharing
We never sell your data. It is shared only with the services that run the platform: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (file storage and DNS) — each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email bookings@easyvibeoutdoors.com. We'll honor deletion requests except for records we need to keep, like signed agreements and payment records.
