What the flat price includes

Questions about billing

What counts as a camper?

Only published listings. A camper saved as a draft or paused is free to keep around, and the price follows the count automatically as you publish or archive.

What happens when the free trial ends?

If there's no card on file your account pauses rather than charging you. Nothing is billed, and everything you set up is waiting whenever you add one.

Do you take anything from a booking?

No. Renters pay you, not us: the money lands in your own Stripe account and pays out to your bank, and it never passes through ours. Stripe's own card processing fee applies, and we add nothing on top of it.

Does the price change as I add campers?

Yes, and it stops climbing. Each published camper after the first adds $6/mo until you reach $59/mo, which is the most you'll ever pay no matter how many you list.

Can I cancel?

Any time, and you own your way out: export your campers, bookings, and guest contacts to CSV whenever you like. Send us a message and we'll close the subscription.
