1. Who we are

Easy Vibe Outdoors operates a booking platform used by independent camper owners to list and manage their own rental businesses. When you book, you are renting directly from that camper's owner — Easy Vibe Outdoors is not a party to the rental, does not own, inspect, or maintain any camper, and is not involved beyond providing the booking platform itself. The rental — pickup, use of the camper, damage, and the specific cancellation policy that applies — is governed by the rental agreement you sign electronically after booking.

2. Eligibility

To rent, you must be 21 or older and hold a valid driver's license. Before pickup you'll upload a photo of your license through your booking link so the owner can verify it.

3. Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed instantly and paid in full at booking time. Payment goes directly to that camper's owner through their own Stripe account — Easy Vibe Outdoors never receives or holds your rental payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Where applicable, sales or use tax is added to your total and shown before you pay. By booking you consent to your card being saved for the security deposit described below.

4. Cancellation

Each camper owner selects one of three cancellation policies — Flexible, Moderate, or Strict — for their own listings. The specific policy and refund amounts that apply to your booking are stated in the rental agreement you sign after booking. If an owner ever has to cancel on you, you always receive a full refund.

5. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit (the amount is shown at booking) is placed as a hold on your saved card the day before pickup. It is released within a few days after the camper is returned, unless damage is found — in which case repair costs are deducted per the rental agreement.

6. Camper owners

Owners list their campers under a flat monthly subscription (see our pricing) and keep 100% of their rental revenue, paid directly to their own connected Stripe account. Owners are solely responsible for their own listings, pricing, policies, the condition of their campers, and complying with any laws that apply to their rental business.

7. Acceptable use of the site

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, make fraudulent bookings, or access other people's booking links or accounts. We may suspend accounts or cancel bookings made in violation of these terms.

8. Liability and insurance

Easy Vibe Outdoors provides the booking platform only — we do not own, inspect, maintain, or insure any camper, and we do not provide or sell insurance of any kind. We are not a party to your rental and are not liable for the acts or omissions of any camper owner or renter, the condition of any camper, or any injury, loss, or damage arising from a rental. Disputes about a specific rental are between the renter and that camper's owner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the website itself (separate from any rental) is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
