Here's the math, done fairly. Their 5% includes card processing. With us you pay Stripe's standard rate yourself (about 2.9% plus 30 cents per charge), so the honest difference is roughly 2 cents of every booking dollar versus our flat fee.
That means below roughly $11,000 a year in bookings, RV Rent Pro is genuinely cheaper, and a slow winter month really does cost you $0. Past that, flat wins and keeps widening: at $60,000 a year across a few campers you'd pay them about $3,000 all-in, versus roughly $2,200 here including your own Stripe fees. Every dollar of growth after that is fee-free with us and 5 cents on the dollar with them.

Where RV Rent Pro is the better pick
An honest list, because you'd figure it out anyway:
- You run a drivable-RV fleet. Mileage and generator billing, multi-location support, and role-based team access are core platform features there. We deliberately build for towables, which don't need any of that.
- Your volume is small or seasonal. Below roughly $11,000 a year in bookings, their percentage costs less than our flat fee, and an idle month costs nothing.
- You manage other people's rigs or run serious ad campaigns. Leaseback and consignment tools plus GA4, Google Ads, and Facebook Pixel tracking are built into their platform. We don't do either.
